Maqui berry is loaded with antioxidants and also contains nutrients with properties that support healthy inflammation and blood sugar levels. Oats offer a significant amount of fiber and protein, and hemp hearts provide tons of protein and healthy fats!

Maqui Berry and Hemp Overnight Oats

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 2/3 cup plant-based milk I used oat milk
  • 1 Tablespoon maqui berry powder
  • 2 Tablespoons raw maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon hemp seeds
  • 1 teaspoon chia seeds
  • Pinch salt
  • Fresh berries optional


  1. Add all ingredients to a mason jar (or a jar with a lid) and shake super well until all ingredients are combined. Refrigerate overnight or for 6 hours. Top with fresh berries if desired!
