Besides being delicious, these Coconut-Rose Bliss Balls are filled with high-vibe, healthy goodness. I've been looking more into high-vibrational foods and what they can do for our body, and am just scratching the surface of the benefits of rose. (Disclaimer: I'm not an expert, I just find this topic fascinating and thought I would share).

Everything has a frequency. High-vibration foods are foods that are high on the frequency spectrum. These foods have a vibration that is higher than the frequency of a healthy human body (which is about 62 - 68 MHz). High-frequency foods actually have the ability to raise the vibrations of the human body. High-functioning organs, (such as a "genius" human brain) vibrate at a higher frequency than the frequency of the average healthy human body. On the other end of the spectrum, low-vibe foods (like processed foods, packaged foods, alcohol and GMO foods) can lower the vibration of the body. All diseases also have frequencies, most of which exist at frequencies lower than those of a healthy human body. The frequency of death is around 25 MHz.

Rose essential oil is talked about as being one of the most high-vibrational essential oils, with a frequency of around 320MHz. Obviously, this discovery made me immediately want to go purchase all things rose (rose tea, rose extract, rose essential oil, rose facial toner) and to use rose in more of my daily routine. These no-bake, coconut-rose bliss balls are ready to raise the vibes.

More food for thought - your personal frequency can also be raised or lowered by external forces other than food, such as other people, essential oils and emotions!

These Coconut-Rose Bliss Balls are the perfect high-vibe snack to fuel your frequency.
