This banana ice cream is a plant-based, nutrient-rich, refreshing version of classic mint chip ice cream! The chocolatey cacao nibs add a bit of texture, crunch and antioxidants and the bananas provide a significant source of nutrients including vitamin b-6, vitamin C, potassium and fiber. Matcha Mint Banana Ice Cream

Ingredients

• 2 frozen bananas
• 1/2 cup Rebbl Matcha Latte
• 1 tablespoon mint, roughly-chopped
• 1 tablespoon cacao nibs

Directions

Add everything to a food processor and process until well-combined. Eat immediately or store in the freezer until ready to eat.
